great service but missing finer details

The staff at the hotel is friendly. They genuinely care about the guests' experience. The breakfast was enjoyable with quick service, with a variety of delicious options. I loved the lovely sea view from my room. It added a magical touch to my mornings and evenings.

A few minor amenities were not quite up to the standard I expected.

We had a quite comfortable stay on our 2 week vacation.

The hotel was fairly clean and had welcoming staff. Overall it was impeccably clean on the balcony. The location was particularly good, on how to enjoy the island, convenient to go everywhere. The breakfast was delicious and amazing, loved this place.

Couple's Dream Escape

The views from our balcony every morning gave me this intense feeling of being alive, it was a pure rush! The breakfast was something else-like tailored to our preferences, and they even served it right on our terrace.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly it felt worth it for the experience.

The floor by the swimming pool is dangerously slippery.

The location was perfect for exploring the local restaurants and checking out the sunset spots. Highly recommend visiting the beautiful caldera and enjoying a boat tour. Service was great with super friendly staff were pretty good. The breakfast was fantastic, with a ton of options delivered right to our room.

The only downside was that the jacuzzi wasn't as warm as we had hoped, but it still worked well enough for relaxation.

We had no privacy, our door was directly near the pool. There is not common wc or shower, we couldn't use nothing before go to the airport.Our room was clean but very bad smelly. That hotel is overpriced.

The position of the hotel, amazing... and not many steps for Santorini as my husband has knee problems

Did not have a private balcony, our room was next to reception, a bit noisey in morning with staff walking past talking.

Pure bliss awaits at this amazing hotel. The fine views of the Caldera are breath-taking. Enjoying breakfast on the private balcony was a highlight, with delicious options including their famous french fries. Every staff member embodies warmth and attentiveness, ensuring all needs are met.

Peaceful and romantic hotel, pleasant staff, liked favourable location close enough to the volcano and city, Akrotiri Akis, and the cable car station and all the shops, restaurants and clubs. The breakfast was included. The room with great modern design. The service was impeccable, the breakfast was delicious and marvellous. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Staying here was a dream come true, with amazing views and just a few steps away from the Archaeological Museum of Fira, making it a great base for walking around and soaking in Santorini's charm.

This is an awesome hotel, we were greeted upon entrance with champagne and friendly staff. The host has many recommendations for entertainment and restaurants! And of course the pool is one of the best places to sit and relax in all of Santorini! Thanks to everyone at the Cosmo for a great stay.
